Bounty Board (orders)
TL:DR;
I usually paint lances/stars for myself to try specific schemes, and I do not keep minis I will not use — so I sell them on eBay. I am making that list public. If you see a unit you want, claim it and we will tailor the era and ’Mech mix to your taste. Either way, I will paint the listed units sometime in the future, and they will be sold on eBay.
If you like my paint jobs and have considered a comission, and you have been after some of these units aswell, then this could be a good opportuity to get what you want.

The way I want to proceed is using a Bounty system. How the Bounty Board will work: I post regiments/units I’m excited to paint (and haven’t done yet). If you see one you like, claim it! Pick the era, and we’ll lock in your formation and ’Mechs. You can contact me via EMAIL, INSTAGRAM, or Facebook
How it works
- Pick a posted unit on the Bounty Board.
- The formation size will depend on their origins: Inner Sphere: Lance (4 units minimum), Clans: Star (5 units minimum), or Comstar affiliated: Level II (6 units minimum). Larger forces can be negotiated.
- Dial in specifics: Era (within lore), variant mix (I will advise on units I woul dliek to see, some may not be negotiable, but the rest could be... ultimatly it must all be correct per lore), Markings (like numbers or personal art work, may be specificed).
- Provide minis (preferred). If you can’t, I can purchase them at retail once you advance the funds.
- I paint to spec and ship back safely.
Pricing
- Labor: $65 per mini (miniature cost not included).
- Complexity: anything above/beyond standard must be negotiated (e.g., magnetizing, or pinning if I don’t deem it necessary).
Minis & sourcing
- Preferred: you ship the minis to me.
- If needed, I can buy Catalyst force packs or Iron Wind Metals, or select individuals (From sources like MechPusher) at the seller’s price after you prepay.
Deposits & payment
- Deposit: 25% of labor is due after details are agreed to and before the job begins.
- Miniature purchases: prepaid in full before I order and tagged on to the labor deposit. (e.g.: You want 4 'mechs from a specific Forepack that costs $30 (including shipping) from "Vendor" and you want me to buy it for the job, you will owe be 25% ($65) plus the minis (in this example $30) = $95 before I begin.
- Balance due before return shipping, you are to pay the balance + shipping.
Shipping & liability
- You pay shipping both ways. (send me Minis, and Minis from me to you).
- I pack and provide tracking. I go for USPS Ground to save money, anything above that is at your cost.
- Strongly recommended: purchase shipping insurance — client is responsible for adding insurance to the shipment above the standard coverage. (tell me if you want it added to the return shipment).
- I’m not liable for carrier damage or loss.
Timeline
I work as fast as possible, but with my schedule (full-time job, MBA, newborn) I can’t promise faster than two months to get them done. I do tend to complete jobs sooner.
Scope & content
- I will not contemplate non-lore-aligned requests.
What’s included (standard)
- Cleanup as best as possible, and assembly if needed. There might be some mold lines that are unreachable, or which could damage other details on the mini. I will do these to the best of my ability, but I will have to leave them if there is risk of damaging other details of the mini and risk having to resculpt.
- Basic basing (neutral ground with grass, dirt, and tufts).
- Decals and marking per lore and customization per our talks as long as it is acceptable per lore.
Cancellations
- If you cancel, I keep the deposit if I have started work. If not, then I will simply return minus any fees incured (like from Paypal).
- If purchased minis on your behalf, those costs are already spent with the seller. I will not make a return with the vendor on your behalf, but I will send the minis to you when you after you pay for shipping. If you do not pay for shipping and break communications, you forfeight the minis after 30 days.
Photo rights
I will photograph finished work for my website and socials. You do not own the right to the photography I take. You can take your own photos and post them as you wish when you recieve the miniatures.
International orders
Not available. U.S. only at this time.
