Capellan Confederation 'Mech Notes

If they are only blue, it means you would not find that chassis in Royal Divisions.

If they are only orange, it means you would not find that chassis in Regular Divisions.

As you can likely deduce, the 'Mech Chassis in the Royals divisions would me the Royal versions, and the ones in the Regular divisions would be regular variants.
